Standard case

A popular classic among transport cases. Constructed from plywood materials and all-metal hardware, this type of case is suitable for all conceivable conditions, from small concerts to world tours.
Fusion case

Elegant lightweight suitcases that will dazzle not only your teammates. The main feature is the sandwich plastic panels and plastic corners, which, despite the material used, can withstand very rough handling. The case can also be made of plywood.

and
This is the usable depth between the front and rear rack rails, or the rear of the rack. Usually the dimension of the deepest device plus a reserve for connectors.
What will be the design and equipment of the rack?

SLIDING DOOR RACK
A practical system for opening rack cases, where the lid is inserted either into the top/bottom or into the sides of the rack. The advantages are quick opening and closing and, above all, the problem of excess lids is eliminated.

CLASSIC RACK
A popular design, suitable for all types of rack modules. Compared to the Sliding door rack, the advantage is easy access to the device (it is not so recessed inside the rack body). The disadvantage is the lids, which get in the way at concerts.

GEAR

Rack rails also at the back
Lid only at the front (back wall solid)
Suspension (silent blocks under rack rails)

We make pedalboards exclusively from plywood materials and lowered aluminum profiles to keep the bottom board with effects as close to the ground as possible. The case is fully padded with 10mm foam as standard, and the lid has a gentle "eggbox" foam glued in. We include about one meter of self-adhesive Velcro with the finished case to fix your devices.

2. What should the case for your counter look like?

!
We approach the packaging for mixing consoles individually. For small consoles with up to 16 faders, these are usually simple solutions, while larger consoles require more complex and equipped cases. Please choose from the following options:
The exact name of the mixer

3 piece
A classic for large consoles - especially if some of the elements are located below the front edge of the mixer.
2-PIECE CASE
Design suitable for small and medium counters.

GEAR
Wheels
Space for connectors at the back
Fixed folding box behind the counter (so-called "doghouse")
Wooden skids instead of rubber feet underneath
1U height rack drawers under the counter
Storage space in the counter lid
2. What should your DJ suitcase look like?

!
Protecting DJ equipment is a very specific discipline. We produce cases for individual components as well as entire DJ sets.
CLASSIC CASE

The bottom is the same height all around - some devices may be difficult to access from the front.
REDUCED PROFILE

Snížený přední profil a zvýšené boky kufru - u DJ's oblíbená konfigurace.

3. Materials:
Standard plywood 6.5mm thick
Popular materials - the most economically interesting, mechanically sufficient, waterproof.

Birch brown plywood
most used material

Hexa brown plywood
more resistant to abrasion
How to choose the right material?
For the vast majority of music cases, materials up to 7mm thick are perfectly suitable - whether standard, premium or plastic. All of them will reliably protect your equipment and are more about aesthetic appeal. However, hexa and premium plywood have the most scratch-resistant surface.
Packaging can also be designed from 9mm thick plywood - we recommend this for heavy duty use in AV rental shops and in industry where a large number of people handle equipment.
and
Premium, double-sided foil-coated plywood, 6.8mm thick
Design surfaces, resistant to mechanical damage, are about 10% heavier than standard. Waterproof.

Plastic sandwich panels, 6.8mm thick
40% lighter material compared to standard plywood, less scratch-resistant, mechanically problem-free.
